We want your lighting to work perfectly in your space. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What can't be returned

• Installed or used lighting fixtures
• Cut or modified LED strip lights
• Items with damaged packaging
• Products marked Final Sale

Damaged or defective items

Email info@marafino.store within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email info@marafino.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Since checkout is tax-free, refunds reflect the full amount paid.
